Role overview

We are looking for a
QA Engineer

to take ownership of the full testing cycle: from validating small tasks on Web and Mobile platforms to testing large product features in the Navixy telematics platform.

The role combines manual testing, test documentation, and writing automated tests for Web, iOS/Android, and backend systems. The main mission:
deliver releases without critical bugs and ensure the best possible user experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle testing of new modules and features (Web, Mobile, Backend)
  • Test existing components and bug fixes, collaborate closely with developers and support teams
  • Review technical specifications, design mockups, and participate in requirement reviews
  • Create detailed bug reports and manage tasks in YouTrack
  • Monitor user and support feedback and ensure quick turnaround on reported issues
  • Develop and maintain automated tests (approx. 30% of workload)
  • Contribute to high test coverage and release stability

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT
  • 2+ years

of QA Engineer experience
- Strong background in testing large-scale, high-load systems
- Solid knowledge of test design techniques and test documentation
- Understanding of web technologies, HTTP(S), and browser debugging tools
- Experience with REST API and JSON, traffic sniffers (Charles, Fiddler)
- Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on experience in Web and Mobile (iOS/Android) testing
- Familiarity with GitLab CI, TestRail, YouTrack, Postman
- English — B1-B2 level (able to read technical documentation, write emails, participate in meetings)
- Attention to detail, planning skills, and strong communication abilities

Nice to have:

  • Experience in writing automated tests for Web (Java/Kotlin/JS/Playwright)
  • Automated testing for Android (Java/Kotlin/Kaspresso/Espresso) or iOS (Swift/XCUItest)
  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages (Java/Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools
  • Valid residency in Serbia
