Direktor komercijalnog sektora i razvoja poslovanja

Lokacija: Beograd

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

  • Rukovođenje kompletnim komercijalnim sektorom: prodaja, nabavka, naplata, logistika, marketing i post-sales podrška
  • Kreiranje, sprovođenje i kontrola godišnjih planova prodaje, nabavke, naplate i marketinga u skladu sa strategijom kompanije
  • Razvijanje novih poslovnih prilika i partnerstava: identifikacija i akvizicija novih brendova, tržišta i prodajnih kanala
  • Planiranje, odobravanje i optimizacija nabavke, asortimana, lagera i komercijalnih uslova
  • Upravljanje rizicima - kontrola naplate i nivoa zaliha, vođenje procesa destokiranja i kontrole potraživanja
  • Aktivno praćenje tržišta i konkurencije, definisanje strategija za rast i jačanje tržišne pozicije kompanije
  • Učešće u finansijskom planiranju i izradi budžeta (P&L, cash flow) u saradnji sa finansijskim sektorom
  • Postavljanje KPI-jeva, razvoj i motivacija tima, upravljanje performansama i organizacionim razvojem
  • Implementacija i unapređenje operativnih procesa u skladu sa internim standardima i zakonskim regulativama
  • Direktno izveštavanje Generalnom direktoru i vođenje strateških inicijativa kompanije

Kvalifikacije i iskustvo koje tražimo:

  • Visoka stručna sprema
  • Najmanje
    5 godina iskustva
    na rukovodećim pozicijama u prodaji/distribuciji/FMCG/Retail okruženju
  • Dokazani rezultati u vođenju prodajnih timova, razvoju partnerstava i postizanju komercijalnih ciljeva
  • Izuzetne liderske, pregovaračke i organizacione veštine
  • Strateški pristup, snažna orijentacija ka rezultatima i razvoju poslovanja
  • Napredno korišćenje MS Office alata i aktivno znanje engleskog jezika
