**Your Future Role**
Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for assurance functions and a keen interest in leveraging AI to drive quality and value? Join our innovative team at SAP, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming our Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls processes. As part of our cross-functional team, you will:
- Conduct quality reviews and assessments to ensure compliance and enhance effectiveness across the assurance spectrum.
- Innovate and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline and enhance the accuracy of our internal audit, internal controls and risk management efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to design and deliver robust onboarding and educational programs that empower our assurance workforce with essential skills and knowledge relevant to their profession.
- Facilitate clear and impactful communication across all levels of our assurance function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
**Your Profile**
We are seeking talented young professionals who are ready to make a significant impact. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A solid understanding of Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls, with relevant experience in one or more of these areas.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in AI application and python programming for workflow design, data manipulation and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Power Apps
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically about existing processes and potential improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments and valuing diverse perspectives.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a proven track record of staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Global Risk & Assurance Services (GR&AS) brings together Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls as aligned assurance function within SAP.
Our Quality & Value team is dedicated to driving the highest standards of quality and value across our organization. The team is working together to ensure robust and effective assurance practices and is at the forefront of integrating AI into our methodologies, constantly exploring innovative ways to enhance our processes and outcomes.
