We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our innovative team at SAP, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls processes.

As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll conduct quality reviews and assessments to ensure compliance and enhance effectiveness across the assurance spectrum. You'll also innovate and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline and enhance the accuracy of our internal audit, internal controls, and risk management efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting quality reviews and assessments to ensure compliance and enhance effectiveness across the assurance spectrum.
  • Innovating and implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline and enhance the accuracy of our internal audit, internal controls, and risk management efforts.
  • Collaborating with team members to design and deliver robust onboarding and educational programs that empower our assurance workforce with essential skills and knowledge relevant to their profession.
  • Facilitating clear and impactful communication across all levels of our assurance function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

We're looking for talented young professionals who are ready to make a significant impact. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A solid understanding of Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls, with relevant experience in one or more of these areas.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in AI application and python programming for workflow design, data manipulation, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Power Apps.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically about existing processes and potential improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments and valuing diverse perspectives.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a proven track record of staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
