
Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients via phone, email, or chat.
Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
Resolve technical issues with hardware and software.
Provide daily and weekly incident tracking reports to management.
Analyze incident history to identify recurring faults and implement corrective actions.
Support clients and businesses with technical issues related to hardware and software.
Install, configure, and update hardware and software as needed.
Assign engineer appointment times for jobs requiring multiple resources on-site.
Update work orders and provide status information.
Distribute workload to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
Participate in product training and customer base education.
Implement remote fixes using guided search diagnostic tools.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English.
Basic PC Literacy: Keyboard proficiency and understanding of Windows-based applications/tools.
Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening skills.
Education: High school diploma required.
