Assistance is needed to support the delivery of high-end real estate developments. We are seeking an experienced project management professional who can work independently and adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires up to 40 hours of weekly involvement and involves providing daily administrative and coordination support to key stakeholders, including internal teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Assisting with the preparation of key project documentation, including guidelines, corporate manuals, and design briefs.
  • Monitoring project schedules, following up on deadlines, and updating task trackers to ensure progress and accountability.
  • Managing document control systems, including tracking and storage of submittals and correspondence from external parties.
  • Providing procurement support, facilitating communication across channels, and assisting with report preparation and spreadsheets.

Requirements for the position include:

  • A degree in Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with core project management principles.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.

Nice to Have qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish or Russian.
  • Working knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks.
