The role of Amazon Brand Manager is to lead the strategic growth of a premium pet brand on Amazon.

This full-time remote position combines ownership of brand positioning, listing optimization, and commercial performance with end-to-end product development and launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for the brand's presence on Amazon.
  • Elevate the Amazon brand identity through premium positioning, messaging, and visual storytelling.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as revenue, profit, sessions, conversion rate, organic ranking, and TACoS to drive growth.
  • Identify opportunities for new products in the premium pet grooming category.
  • Lead concept development from ideation to validation.
  • Plan and execute launch campaigns in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on pricing, positioning, and content post-launch.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage manufacturing timelines, stock levels, and replenishment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon brand or product management.
  • Proven track record of launching high-ticket consumer products.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon ecosystem including FBA, listing optimization, and keyword research tools.
  • Experience managing the full product development cycle.
