Customer Support Specialist

As a dedicated Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the needs of our customers are met with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) in a timely and compassionate manner.

  • Handling sales inquiries and assisting with order placements, changes, and follow-ups as needed.
  • Utilizing customer feedback to identify improvements and enhance the customer experience.
