Job Description:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, furniture, and equipment modifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Repair doors, windows, plumbing, and office furniture as needed.
  2. Set up and configure studios/offices, including furniture, décor, carpets, and equipment.
  3. Create and set up work surfaces for studio desks.
  4. Receive and deliver packages as requested by the front desk.
  5. Supply areas with water and consumables, ensure cleanliness, and handle waste removal.
  6. Handle heavy objects and operate a forklift when necessary.
  7. Conduct daily inspections of the building (studio/office) to identify defects.
  8. Maintain air conditioning, air purification devices, and other installations, reporting and resolving malfunctions.
  9. Use Teams to receive information about faults and facility challenges.
  10. Perform daily duties following procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth operation of studios and offices.
  11. Cover 24/7 working hours in 12-hour shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
  • Technical skills in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
