About This Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant. As a key member of our infrastructure transformation team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by analyzing and optimizing existing systems.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current systems to assess their technical feasibility for migration and unification.
  • Document system requirements, workflows, and integration points.
  • Identify dependencies and outline potential risks during service transitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the target architecture.
  • Create migration scenarios, data mappings, and process documentation.
  • Cordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all stages of the migration.
  • Participate in defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria for system validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in fintech, banking, or complex software environments.
  • Experience working on infrastructure/system transformation or migration initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of service-oriented architecture, APIs, and system integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in business and technical documentation: requirements specs, BPMN/UML diagrams, and data flows.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to independently structure tasks, drive delivery, and manage ambiguity.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and API tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) is a plus.
