Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to the service network on-field and remotely
  • Manage and control warranty claims efficiently
  • Assist the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock levels

Requirements:

Education:

  • High school technical certificate or equivalent
  • An engineering degree is a plus

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in after-sales business for heating and water heating applications is highly valued
  • Similar work experiences in related sectors or tasks are a plus

Skills:

  • Strong technical skills on thermic comfort appliances and a willingness to continuously learn
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when necessary
  • Excellent relationship management and dynamic personality traits
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Proficiency in PC usage, including office software
