IT Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle: from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure.
  • Align project goals with business and tech teams, and make sure everyone's on the same page.
  • Organize day-to-day work in the team: task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain project documentation: roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, etc.
  • Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Track progress, identify blockers early, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with all sides — keeping stakeholders up to date on status, risks, and changes.
  • Contribute to improving PM processes and tools inside the PMO.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
  • Comfortable juggling several projects and working with distributed teams.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical things in plain language.
  • Fluent in English and Russian — both written and spoken (B2+ or higher).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things on track.
  • Able to handle deadlines, resolve conflicts, and keep the team aligned.
