We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of high-end real estate developments.

This is a full-time remote position requiring up to 40 hours of weekly involvement.

  • Key responsibilities will include coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Assistance with project documentation preparation, including guidelines, corporate manuals, and design briefs.
  • Monitoring project schedules, following up on deadlines, updating task trackers, and issuing timely reminders to ensure progress and accountability.
  • Managing the internal file server and document management platform; ensuring proper organization, tracking, and storage of submittals and correspondence from external parties.
  • Supporting procurement activities by facilitating communication across channels, assisting with brief preparation, reports, and spreadsheets; maintaining recordkeeping of procurement-related documents and correspondence.
  • Providing administrative support, overseeing software licenses and equipment for the design department, and managing access rights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with core project management principles.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
