We are looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager to join our growing team in Belgrade. You'll lead and coordinate the delivery of complex IT projects for hedge funds and asset managers - including cloud infrastructure, trading application rollouts, and data platform builds.

• Drive the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure and application projects across public cloud, trading platforms, and data warehouse environments
• Collaborate with agile, talented, and diverse global teams
• Help shape and embed Agile best practices across client and internal delivery
• Work directly with sharp, forward-thinking technologists in trading and asset management

• Manage multiple concurrent projects (internal and client-facing), ranging from several weeks to multi-month engagements
• Support architecture teams in scoping, planning, and executing deliverables
• Lead full project lifecycle activities, from initiation to closure, including:
    - Project and resource planning
    - Sprint and milestone tracking (Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming)
    - Risk and issue management
    - Stakeholder communication
    - Budget monitoring and change control
• Maintain daily/weekly communication with internal teams and client stakeholders; proactively escalate blockers to delivery leads
• Own documentation efforts, including project proposals, architecture inputs, and delivery roadmaps

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects end-to-end (ideally across infrastructure and application domains)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
• Strong written and verbal English skills; able to engage effectively with both technical teams and C-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accountability and results
• Experience delivering in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments
• Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams
• Working hours for this role are 3 p.m. - 10 p.m. CET

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Office 365)
• Involvement in application migrations, cloud transitions, or infrastructure modernisation
• Exposure to hedge fund environments or trading systems (OMS/PMS, data warehouses, etc.)
