We are seeking a senior-level
Finance Manager
with expertise in:

  1. Finance Management
  2. Accounting and Bookkeeping
  3. Financial Reporting

Requirements & Responsibilities
:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing a US-based company's accounting
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the QuickBooks integration that records every job-ad purchase.
  • Issue retainer invoices for custom packages within 24 hours of deal close.
  • Investigate and resolve refunds, chargebacks, and fee discrepancies within 2 business days.
  • Record all transactions daily, ensuring correct expense recognition and valid documentation.
  • Produce balance sheet, P&L, and cash-flow reports monthly and on demand.
  • Manage accounts payable and payroll on schedule.
  • Review monthly revenue and expense trends, track subscriptions & flagging any anomalies.
  • Complete quarterly and annual reconciliations, enforce tax and reporting compliance, and update cash-flow forecasts.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Support to prevent billing errors and keep financial data accurate.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Excellent, outstanding English skills
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in accounting.
  • Experience managing finances for a SaaS company is an advantage.
  • Experience in remote work is not mandatory but is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks online is desirable.
  • Excellent communication
    , research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong communications skills to provide clear and focused presentations to senior management.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent excel skills.
