Clarivate is seeking to hire an experienced Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our global finance organization You will play a key role in providing financial business partnership, reporting and consolidation within the team supporting variable compensation and commissions for the Academic & Government customer segment.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Revenue and Expenses experience
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, planning, forecasting and management reporting
  • Proficient level of English language

  • Master's degree a plus
  • Experience with supporting a subscription-based organization and/or a professional services business preferred

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial reports, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • Oversee financial projects, ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop monthly and annual budgets.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, highlighting key business drivers.
  • Manage financial control processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis techniques and tools.

About The Team
You will be a part of the global finance team, managing one Financial Analyst and reporting directly to Senior Manager, Finance.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
