About The Team
Funding Options joined the Tide family in early 2023. About The Role
- Overseeing all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
- Working closely with users to resolve user support tickets.
- Working on automations (Flow), to help improve business processes
- Identifying and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders
- Supporting team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization
- Providing ongoing user training and create training materials as needed
You Will Be a Great Fit If
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
- Creative problem solver with proven ability to deliver user and business focused solutions.
- Salesforce administration and maintenance experience.
- Skilled in improving UX through optimized layouts and dynamic forms.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and releases.
- Experienced with third-party integrations and AppExchange solutions.
- Enthusiastic about Salesforce, committed to continuous learning and development.
- Excellent written and spoken English
