You'll lead the development of a data-driven approach to sales planning, systems, and analytics—empowering our go-to-market strategy and supporting our global growth.

With a strong focus on operational strategy and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations (Customer Delivery), and beyond, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of our revenue engine. What You'll Do

  • Reporting to the CRO, develop the sales operations strategy and lead, drive and oversee all activities that operationalize Everseen's go to market strategy.
  • Collaborate with the CRO on developing a sales planning approach including territory design, quota setting, capacity modelling. Provide data driven insights into current pipeline health, conversion rates and suggested changes to optomise sales revenue.
  • Develop and maintain performance management tools and analytics including formalization of KPIs, creation and maintenance of sales dashboards, sales forecasting and trend, risk and opportunity management.
  • Oversee the evaluation, implementation and administration of sales technologies including Salesforce and other platforms. Drive CRM data hygiene and usage compliance across teams.
  • Ensure process optmisation across the function; design and implement scalable sales processes that align with the customer journey and Everseen's workflows.
  • Own lead-to-revenue process mapping and optmisation across the full Revenue team.

Profile And Skills

  • 10+ years experience in Sales Operations with at least 3 years leading the Sales Ops function. Experience of working across a distributed, global, SaaS organisation is a must.
  • Knowledge of and interest in AI and its use in retail. A keen interest in Everseen's solutions and a technical acumen to understand the features and functions that we offer. Knowledge and experience of the retail and grocery market is a plus.
  • Proven experience of supporting a truly global go-to-market team across multiple regions – NAMER, APAC and EMEA.
  • Detail focused with a true passion for data reporting, analytics and data driven decisions.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce including recent Salesforce administration certifications.
  • A true passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand, gather, compile and look for efficiencies across Everseen and our processes.
  • Experience in high growth scaling environments. Comfortable with a changing landscape and priorities.
  • Demonstrates a sense of ownership around leading projects, processes and initiatives to completion.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, Everseen's business language is English.
  • Performing duties and responsibilities to the best of your abilities in a diligent, trustworthy, businesslike, and efficient manner.
  • There is an expectation of travel with this role including travel to meet with with the wider Everseen team.
