Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Niš. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and training new sales staff. Day-to-day tasks include conducting customer outreach, maintaining sales records, identifying sales opportunities, and helping to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in training new sales staff
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
