We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing international team and lead our online marketing strategy across global markets.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving brand visibility, performance, and revenue through well-crafted digital campaigns, effective budget management, and data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, paid media, email, and social).
  • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand visibility.
  • Oversee budget management — ensuring strong ROI and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and analyze performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and prepare regular reports on KPIs and results.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering creativity and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance marketing performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven results in campaign management and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools such as GA4, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience managing budgets and digital marketing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
