We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and innovative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic international team in Niš. In this role, you'll shape our brand presence across digital platforms, create content that connects with audiences, and drive meaningful engagement that fuels business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a long-term social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
  • Plan, publish, and optimize content (posts, videos, stories, reels, live sessions) in line with trends and audience needs.
  • Identify relevant partners, negotiate, and coordinate collaborations.
  • Plan and optimize paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), while monitoring performance and ROI.
  • Track trends and viral formats in the industry and digital culture, quickly adapting content formats for maximum engagement.
  • Manage and grow online communities: respond to comments, messages, and interactions, building trust and engagement.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance by tracking key KPIs (reach, engagement, growth) and continuously optimizing strategies.
  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing and HR teams to ensure brand consistency and coordinated campaigns.
  • Participate in the creation of visual and video materials (basic editing, animations, graphics) for social media and web platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in a B2B or international environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Experience in creating and managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Proficiency with design and video production tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation trends in content creation.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to interpret metrics, monitor performance, and adapt content based on data.
  • Creativity and the ability to produce engaging content quickly.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, for communication with international teams.
  • Ability to manage projects independently, multitask, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
