Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales team to achieve revenue target
- Negotiating terms and preparing offers for transport and logistics services
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Setting and achieving sales goals in line with the company strategy
- Monitoring the market, competition, and analyzing client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery
- Develop and execute go-to market strategies for new products and services and work closely with product development teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities and results
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintain ethical standards in all business activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales within the trucking or logistics industry (U.S. market experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of FTL, LTL, and international transport markets.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- A proactive, independent, and goal-oriented mindset.
