Hi We are looking for a
Corporate Legal Specialist


Location:
Novi Sad


Format:
On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review contracts;

Ensure compliance with international legal standards and the company's interests;

Coordinate with legal partners across multiple jurisdictions;

Work with user agreements and other company policies;

Ensure regulatory compliance;

Monitor and analyze legislative changes relevant to the company.

Education:
Law degree (an EU or UK diploma is a plus)

Work Experience:
3 to 10 years, depending on jurisdiction and education (experience in companies operating in multiple jurisdictions, EU companies and telecom companies is a plus).

Skills:
Legal reasoning and risk assessment, contract drafting and review, ability to structure complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.

Languages:

Russian – C2 / native, English – B2+

As a plus:
Spanish / Czech

Soft Skills
: Multitasking, analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, communication skills.
