We are looking for a creative and innovative member for our Business Development and Operations team to complement and support our business development activities.

Who we are looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in the IT or a related field. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent knowledge of the IT industry, and is capable of independently managing complex HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Finding, attracting, and hiring top talent within the IT industry.
  • Employee Relations: Advising management and employees on all HR matters, resolving internal issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Employee Development: Planning and implementing training and development programs, mentoring, and creating career growth plans.
  • Strategy: Actively participating in the creation and implementation of HR strategies that support the company's business goals.
  • HR Processes: Improving and managing all key HR processes (onboarding, performance management, offboarding, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an IT company.
  • Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • A deep understanding of HR trends and best practices within the IT industry.
  • The ability to work independently, a proactive approach, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
