As a Systems Administrator, you will manage and secure the onboarding platform, ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll also implement templates, reporting, and automation to make onboarding projects more efficient, acting as the technical owner of the platform within the company.

Main duties

Manage system administration tasks including user provisioning, roles, permissions, and access governan
- ceConfigure project templates, workflows, milestones, and dependencies to standardize onboarding process
- esImplement business rules and cross-functional logic into onboarding projects to reflect real operational requiremen
- tsPerform regular project health checks to ensure data quality and consistency, such as verifying that all tasks have an assignee, dependencies are properly linked, and workflows are progressing as design
- edBuild and maintain reporting dashboards to provide leadership visibility into onboarding timelines, performance, and outcom
- esMonitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliabili
- tyTest new platform features, updates, and integrations prior to rollout; document changes and train users where need
- edMaintain detailed system documentation, including configuration standards and best practices, for both corporate and portfolio company use
- rsAct as the primary liaison with the platform vendor for support cases, escalations, and custom feature reques
- tsIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline onboardi
- ngProvide technical guidance to portfolio companies as they implement or optimize their own onboarding environmen

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent technical experi
- ence3+ years of experience in system administration of SaaS platf
- ormsPrior experience configuring workflows, templates, or automation in a business sy
- stemFamiliarity with reporting and data visualization within SaaS platf
- ormsExperience working with vendors on technical support and feature requests prefe
- rredCurious and eager to explore new features, learn tools and systems, and identify automation opportuni
