Title: Customer Process Automation Engineer

Grade: 10

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

The Customer Process Automation Engineer role requires a diverse skillset and a thirst for continuous growth in a multitude of disciplines. This role is integral part of bringing leading edge technology into the Services organization through deploying robotics process automation and automating tasks that employees perform every day, thus leading towards Future of Work.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Analyzes business processes and identifies RPA opportunities
• Actively participates in the engineering community, staying up to date on new software technologies and best practices and sharing insights with others in the organization
• Analyzes RPA solutions based on customer requirements and suggests the best solution
• Handles end-to-end development, including coding, testing, and debugging during each cycle
• Creates and maintains solution documentation, both for end-users and internal reference
• Supports automated solutions responds to user help requests, troubleshoot issues, conducts root cause analysis, and enhances tools to avoid future issues
• Works and develops automated solutions in RPA frameworks and other automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Develops software solutions using the major programming languages (ex. JavaScript, C# and similar)
• Designs, develops, tests, and deploys automated solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes, leveraging internal and external technology as needed
• Creates or configures new technology rules and technology-enabled processes as needed to meet business needs or strategies

Required candidate profile and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field
• 2 years of related experience
• Object Oriented Software development and Design experience
• Experience with the following modern programming languages (Any of the following): Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, C#, .NET.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Basic knowledge of SQL

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the Banking Industry supporting Banking customers is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in RPA technology and frameworks
• Basic understanding of UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or other RPA frameworks.
• Experience with automation and scripting development via Python, Selenium, C#
• Experience with VBA and excel macro development
• Able to wear multiple hats navigating freely between business, technical, execution, operations, etc.
• Knowledgeable in: RPA architecture, data architecture, analytics, software/application architecture
• Passionate: enjoys design and collaboration
• Pragmatic: able to effectively manage the cost of business
• Able to produce and communicate complex solutions to a wide variety of audiences
• Stays up to date on the latest technologies
