, a producer of electro-mechanical rolling stock equipment, we are currently seeking an additional team member for the following position
: Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identifying and contacting new clients, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Achieving defined sales targets through direct sales and negotiations.
- Negotiating prices, quantities, product/service quality, delivery deadlines, payment methods and terms, warranties, services, and additional costs.
- Regular communication with clients via email, phone, and meetings, including updates on new products, promotions, and services.
- Quickly and efficiently resolving customer complaints, inquiries, and issues.
- Building long-term relationships based on trust, loyalty, and a personalized approach.
- Administrative tasks: receiving orders, maintaining documentation, preparing reports.
- Monitoring the market and competition, analyzing statistical data, and studying product-related literature.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and client relations, preferably in the goods or services sector.
- Knowledge of negotiation processes and contract finalization.
- Understanding of the market and competition, with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Preferable experience in managing administrative processes and preparing reports.
