We're growing fast — and now we're looking for a
driven, resourceful, and relationship-focused Sales Representative
to join our expanding team.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of customers across the trucking and logistics sector
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right leasing solutions
  • Proactively generate new business through outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Maintain strong relationships with current clients to encourage retention and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Track your pipeline and performance in CRM tools

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales (industry experience is a big plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly with customers
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with trucking, trailers, or fleet operations is an advantage
