Our 15-person German-speaking team in London and Newcastle has a proven track record in permanent recruitment. With our long-standing expertise in the German market, we've built strong client relationships. Now, we are looking for a driven and experienced professional to lead the launch and scaling of our Contract recruitment offering in Germany, specifically within the tech sector.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to head up the development and growth of our Contract recruitment business in Germany. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in shaping and scaling this new business line, with the support of an established, high-performing delivery team. As the Head of Contract Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, driving operational growth, and building your own team.
As the Head of Contract Recruitment, you will:
- Lead the launch and scaling of our Contract recruitment offering in the German tech sector.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, primarily within the tech industry, driving new business opportunities and ensuring the successful delivery of contracts.
- Lead a high-performing team, developing talent and creating a pipeline for future recruitment needs.
- Shape the strategic direction and operational processes of the contract recruitment division, with opportunities for further career progression.
- Ensure excellence in recruitment, providing clients and candidates with exceptional service, advice, and solutions.

About You:
- Proven experience in contract recruitment, ideally within the tech sector, and a passion for shaping the future of this business line.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in scaling recruitment operations or leading a recruitment team.
- Fluent in German – you must be able to communicate confidently with both clients and candidates in German.
- Self-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to develop and execute strategies for growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to identify market trends and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in the German market, with a solid understanding of the local recruitment landscape.
