About The Role
As the
Head of Influencer Marketing
, you will develop and execute EMCDs global influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and communications goals.

You will design structured influencer programs, lead campaigns from concept to reporting, and build strong relationships with creators and opinion leaders across regions and platforms.

This role requires a unique mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem within fintech and Web3.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Define and lead EMCDs global influencer marketing strategy, aligned with brand and communications objectives.
  • Develop a structured approach to influencer partnerships across key markets.
  • Design and execute influencer campaigns supporting both brand and product initiatives.
  • Manage all stages of campaigns concepting, briefing, contracting, content review, launch, and performance reporting.

Program Development & Management

  • Build and scale EMCDs structured influencer engagement programs.
  • Define partnership tiers, incentives, onboarding, and ongoing engagement activities.
  • Develop frameworks for content co-creation and long-term collaboration.
  • Ensure influencers align with EMCDs brand guidelines, key messaging, and campaign timelines.

Partnerships & Relationships

  • Identify, recruit, and maintain long-term relationships with top creators, KOLs, and industry voices.
  • Build and manage an active roster of influencers across different regions and languages.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure performance accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with PR, SMM, Creative, and Affiliate Marketing teams to align influencer activities with broader campaigns.
  • Integrate influencer activations into product launches and events.
  • Share insights and feedback from creators with product and marketing teams.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Build systems to track performance and measure influencer campaign impact.
  • Analyze ROI, engagement, reach, and sentiment to optimize strategies.
  • Deliver regular reports and recommendations to the Brand leadership team.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor trends in Web3, social media, and the creator economy.
  • Identify emerging voices, communities, and platforms relevant to EMCDs brand and audience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and scaling influencer programs in Web3 or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Experience managing global, multilingual markets (English, Russian, Spanish preferred).
  • Data-driven mindset and advanced knowledge of campaign analytics.
  • Deep interest in Web3 culture, creator economy, and community-driven growth.

Challenges

  • Fragmented ecosystem: operating across multiple products, audiences, and regions while maintaining consistent messaging.
  • Cross-team collaboration: coordinating with other teams working with influencers (e.g., affiliate marketing).
