Expert for BPM Development

Location: Belgrade

Job Description:

• Development and maintenance of business and internal processes in the Bank in order to achieve greater automation and work efficiency;
• Work on BAPO Oracle database (query creation, PL/SQL, procedures, packages, query optimization, Oracle Forms);
• Integration of Oracle databases with internal and external systems, including work with Oracle Apex, Oracle Forms, or other integration tools;
• Development of REST API services in .NET Core (C#) environment, with focus on authentication, authorization, and working with JSON/XML formats;
• Participation in creating business process specifications, as well as solution design and development of business and internal processes in the Bank;
• Collaboration with other teams, preparation of technical documentation, and process development on the Bank's platforms;
• Participation in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban), as well as using testing and monitoring tools (Postman, Fiddler, Oracle Enterprise Manager);
• Writing technical and functional documentation;
• Work in some of the programming skills such as Java / JavaScript / Python (or another relevant language);
• Work with relational databases;
• Development and integration of APIs within BPM flows;
• Work with tools such as Postman, Swagger.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Candidate Expectations:

• VI/VII level of education in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields;
• 5+ years of experience working in banking systems;
• Understanding of BPM principles and tools;
• Understanding of XML/JSON structures;
• Experience working with business processes in a bank (corporate, retail, back office, HR, IT, security);
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team, in cooperation with business users and the IT Department;
• Strong analytical skills, as well as an analytical approach to problem-solving;
• Understanding and compliance with security and performance requirements when working with sensitive data;
• Readiness for continuous learning and adoption of new technologies;
• Acceleration of digitization and automation of key internal processes;
• Increasing efficiency and reducing manual work in cooperation with various departments.
