Account Executive

Profil kandidata koji tražimo

  • Više ili visoko stručno obrazovanje u oblasti ekonomije, prava ili inženjeringa;
  • Poznavanje Windows OS i MS Office 365;
  • Aktivno znanje srpskog i engleskog jezika;
  • Završena osnovna obuka u oblasti neživotnog osiguranja;
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije i aktivno vozačko iskustvo;
  • Komunikativnost, fleksibilnost, spremnost na izazove i timski rad;
  • Poželjna licenca NBS za poslove posredovanja u osiguranju (aktivna ili neaktivna).

Radni zadaci na poziciji

  • Profesionalna komunikacija sa postojećim klijentima, adekvatna stručna pomoć i savetovanje u vezi sa poslovima osiguranja;
  • Kontaktiranje potencijalnih klijenata i dogovori sa njima u vezi osiguranja;
  • Prijem i obrada podataka za osiguranje;
  • Analiza zahteva klijenata za ugovaranje osiguranja;
  • Priprema podataka i slanje upita osiguravajućim društvima;
  • Komunikacija, pregovaranje i finalizacija ponude sa osiguravajućim društvima;
  • Priprema pregleda ponuda za osiguranje sa predlogom za klijenta;
  • Kontrola i selekcija zaključenih osiguranja sa klijentima;
  • Ažuriranja podataka o zaključenim polisama u internoj bazi;
  • Praćenje naplate ugovorene premije i kontrola obračuna provizije po ugovorenim polisama;
  • Praćenje toka zaključenog osiguranja i eventualna pomoć klijentu oko šteta;
  • Poznavanje uslova osiguranja i praćenje izmena kod osiguravajućih društava;
  • Ostali poslovi iz delokruga osiguranja po nalogu poslodavca.
