Office Manager
, koja će se pridružiti našem timu i doprineti efikasnoj organizaciji kancelarije i poslovanja.

Opis posla:

·  Organizacija i koordinacija svakodnevnog rada kancelarije

·   Administrativni i sekretarski poslovi

·  Doček i usluživanje klijenata pri dolasku na sastanke

·  Komunikacija (usmena i pismena) sa klijentima i dobavljačima

·  Korespondencija putem e-maila i telefona, praćenje i sortiranje elektronske pošte

·  Zakazivanje sastanaka i praćenje rasporeda njihovog održavanja

·  Kreiranje, obrada i arhiviranje poslovne dokumentacije

·  Prijem, evidentiranje i distribucija pošte i drugih dokumenata

·  Priprema dokumentacije za službu finansija i knjigovodstva

·  Izrada ponuda (profaktura i faktura po potrebi)

·  Vođenje pomoćnih evidencija prema zahtevima pretpostavljenih

·  Briga o opremljenosti kancelarije kancelarijskim materijalom i drugim potrepštinama

·  Komunikacija sa eksternim servisima radi održavanja urednog radnog prostora

·   Samostalnost, odgovornost i proaktivnost u rešavanju zadataka

·   Izvrsne komunikacione veštine, kako u radu sa timom, tako i sa eksternim saradnicima

·   Odlično poznavanje rada na računaru (MS Office paket, e-mail komunikacija, osnovna digitalna

organizacija dokumenata)

·    Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pisanju

·    Iskustvo na sličnim pozicijama predstavlja prednost
