BROKER'S CHANNEL SPECIALIST

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Brokerage Channel Specialist provides full administrative and operational support to the brokerage sales channel. This role ensures smooth collaboration with real estate agencies by coordinating documentation, training, and communication, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and commission payments. The position also involves close cooperation with internal departments, legal and notary offices to ensure timely and accurate execution of sales contracts and client-related processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the complete administrative support within the brokerage sales channel
• Participating in the implementation of new solutions related to the improvement of the efficiency of the brokerage channel in accordance channel expansion goals
• Participating in real estate agencies trainings regarding the collaboration with BW
• Assisting the real estate agencies with registration and verification of documentation validity
• Updating the brokerage associates with important data for their work (e.g. current apartment offers for each building individually)
• Keeping records of agency commission payments and coordinates with agencies regarding invoices
• Maintaining daily, monthly, quarterly and annualy comparative statistics for all agency results (sales targets, converted sales)
• Coordinating and supporting real estate agencies during sales the day in order to maximize their capacity.
• Collaborating with relevant departments within the Company to ensure accuracy of data relevant to sales
• Coordinating meetings scheduling and ensuring that the entire sales process is completed in a timely manner
• Preparing sales contracts in coordination with the legal department
• Ensuring the correctness, promptness and confidentiality of all personal data of clients
• Colaborating with notary offices regarding the coordination of schedlude appointments for all sales contracts for brokerage channel
• Monitoring client payment dynamics

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum high school degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative role
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum B2 level in English

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent knowledge transfer and communication abilities
• High level of operational effectiveness with the ability to deliver quality results
