Your Contribution 

Provide operational and user support of internal communication channels (social intranet MAHLE ONE, MAHLE Employee-App)Provide strategic consulting for MAHLE business units, regions and locations regarding internal communication channels – from requirements analysis, clarification of the problem to target settingPlan and implement internal communication channels in selected regionsCoordinate and harmonize release and approval processes in close cooperation with MAHLE ITSupport and train multipliers, editors and usersCreate templates and formsPrepare and analyze key performance figures and metricsCarry out product management in collaboration with ITReview and evaluate new trends and digital best practices with a view to potential applicability at MAHLEDefine standards for content pages and news posts provided by the Content Hub teamCreate new and support existing content pages on the intranetImplement measures to increase the effectiveness, reach, measurability of digital communication at MAHLE 

Your experience & Qualifications

Relevant practical experience in the design and support of digital communication channels competence and experience in project managementUnderstanding of corporate communications needsStrong affinity for IT, proven experience in managing and supporting software productsExperience with design and maintenance of authorization structures within software products (i.e. intranet and employee app)Comprehensive experience with MS SharePoint Confidence in handling of MS-Office applicationsStructured, analytical, reliable and success-oriented working methodsAble to work both independently and in a teamStrong oral and written English skills. German beneficial
