Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bookkeeper specializing in QuickBooks Bookkeeping. The Bookkeeper will handle daily financial transactions, manage financial statements, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, managing journal entries, and utilizing accounting software to ensure accurate bookkeeping. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bookkeeping and Accounting Software
  • Ability to prepare and manage Financial Statements
  • Experience in Finance and handling Journal Entries (Accounting)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Certification in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
