We're looking for a Business Data Insights Strategist to join our Integrated Business Planning team. You'll be the glue between data and decision-making, working closely with regional analysts and senior leaders to uncover trends, spot opportunities, and present insights that make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with regional analysts to gather and harmonize data across markets.
  • Performing cross-regional ad hoc analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Creating and presenting compelling PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership—yes, your storytelling skills in English will shine here
  • Identifying and communicating key business drivers to support strategic decisions.
  • Keeping a pulse on regional nuances to ensure alignment in reporting.
  • Acting as the go-to person for cross-regional analytical initiatives.
  • Continuously improving how we analyze and share insights as a team.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Organizational Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics—or a related field. (Other backgrounds welcome if you've got the skills)
  • Experience in an analytical role where you've worked closely with stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and a basic understanding of SQL.
  • Fluent English, with strong presentation and storytelling chops.
  • A collaborative mindset, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
  • Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
