Who we are looking for:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification;
• several years of professional experience in classical and/or agile IT project management, ideally as a certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner;
• excellent methodological expertise and a broad range of (agile) tools and frameworks, as well as strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills across all levels;
• hands-on mentality, conflict resolution skills, conceptual and analytical strength, as well as a structured working style, high motivation, self-responsibility, and resilience;
• very good German (nice to have, not mandatory) and English, written and spoken.

Note: this is a replacement position for a duration of 1.5 years with the possibility of extension.

Your future role
As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for implementing IT projects and act as an interface between our business units and IT service providers – contributing to sustainable decision-making and overall business success.

Project Management:
You will independently plan and coordinate IT (sub-)projects and execute them, including budget responsibility, in close alignment with the business unit.

Strategy
: You will assess and evaluate requirements with regard to IT strategy, IT architecture, and compliance standards.

Stakeholder Management:
You will lead diverse project teams, moderate committees and steering groups – also at top management level – and present complex IT matters in a way that is tailored to your audience.

Know-how:
You will align your projects as needed with both classical and agile project management methods.

Continuous Improvement
: You will also help establish and continuously optimize project management methodologies (primarily SCRUM/agile project management).
