Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Recruiter with excellent knowledge of the Russian language to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

As a Senior Recruiter at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the Citrus Systems Hiring Journey, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
• Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent from around the globe by developing innovative sourcing strategies and working collaboratively with HR and hiring managers.
• Leading the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring that all steps align with company standards and strategic goals.
• Actively contributing as a senior member of the Employer Branding project team, driving initiatives that position Citrus Systems as an employer of choice.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment in recruitment goals and expectations.
• Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes, working in partnership with the People Team to ensure smooth transitions for new employees and clear processes for departing staff.
• Preparing and presenting regular updates on recruitment progress, including reports on key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Using our ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a streamlined recruitment process, from posting roles to onboarding new hires.

Required skills:

• 3 years of relevant work experience in the independent operational execution of the recruitment and selection process

• Excellent knowledge of both the Russian and English languages

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in social science

• Previous experience working in the ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in working within a multinational environment

• It is a big plus if a candidate possesses experience with headhunting and hiring in CIS markets
