About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Recruiter with a strong headhunting background to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives across EMEA region. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in proactive sourcing and relationship-building to identify and secure top-tier talent for critical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute targeted recruitment strategies with a focus on headhunting for mid-to-senior level positions across EMEA.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including market mapping, candidate outreach, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and align talent acquisition with business objectives.
  • Utilize advanced headhunting techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific networks) to engage passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence in the EMEA region.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices in headhunting and talent sourcing.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in headhunting or executive search, preferably within a multinational or agency environment.
  • Proven success in hiring for hard-to-fill roles across EMEA markets.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and negotiating complex offers.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Gem).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Arabic) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
