We are looking for a 
Senior Corporate Recruiter
 for positions in Serbia and United States to manage the full life cycle of recruiting and build out our recruitment strategy. This role reports directly to COO.

The ideal candidate has a strong, high volume recruiting background, domestically and internationally in various industries: manufacturing, warehouse and transportation. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the recruiting process to be able to take a strategic approach to evaluating, creating and implementing new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement recruiting strategy for remote positions in Serbia, such as: Administrative, Software and Transportation
  • Review and improve current recruiting strategies for positions in the United States, such as: Manufacturing, Warehousing and Transportation
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Team up with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare, post and manage job ads to appropriate job boards
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Schedule interviews with hiring manager
  • Facilitate job offers to qualified candidates
  • Onboard new employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in related field
  • Min 5 years of work experience as a recruiter
  • Ability to conduct interviews for various positions
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone / virtual meeting interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ADP system
