Corporate Affairs Manager

(Serbia & Montenegro)

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring political, legislative, and regulatory developments in Serbia and Montenegro
  • Representing the company by delivering key messages to stakeholders, aligned with the business strategy
  • Drafting and advocating regulatory positions during public consultations
  • Overseeing external affairs related to our factory in Senta, with a focus on local and manufacturing regulations
  • Leading anti-counterfeiting initiatives in collaboration with authorities and internal teams

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (state administration, regulatory affairs, legal, economics)
  • Proven expertise in public administration and working with state bodies and institutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build connections across media, state bodies, trade unions, and industry peers
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility for frequent travel and a valid B driving license
