The Role

We are seeking a motivated 
Corporate Tax Professional
 to join our team.

This is a mid-level position with a unique opportunity for growth: we are looking for someone who can not only support current mandates but also demonstrate the capacity and ambition to one day step into a leadership role within the firm.

You will work on high-impact projects across industries, with a steep learning curve that accelerates your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on tax and legal implications of M&A deals, cross-border investments, and restructuring projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments and due diligence focused on tax exposure, compliance, and regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations on transaction structures to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Draft and review documentation for corporate reorganizations and investment agreements, related to legal matters.
  • Liaise with tax authorities, external legal advisors, and other stakeholders to resolve complex tax or compliance issues.
  • Build and enhance internal policies and controls to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
  • Work directly with clients and senior decision-makers, providing clear guidance on intricate tax and legal considerations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong academic background in law, accountancy, business administration or related field, with emphasis on tax or corporate law.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, M&A advisory, investment structuring, or a top-tier consultancy.
  • Proven ability to identify and shape strategic opportunities during negotiations and transactions.
  • Expertise in interpreting complex legislation and translating it into actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with executive-level clients and authorities.
  • Very good command of English is essential; knowledge of another language is a strong plus.
  • Agile mindset: comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment rather than a rigid corporate structure.
