Native Camp is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Serbian team in the Belgrade's office.

DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

(on-site position)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Recruitment of potential online teachers (online campaigns based on the company's strategy);
  • Creating all online posts/ads and email campaigns;
  • Maintain social networks and business online accounts and respond to messages from users;
  • Perform platform analysis, proposals, and improvement plans based on the research and feedback from teachers (questionnaires, emails, feedback calls, etc.);
  • Other responsibilities related to marketing & design, and organizational management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in business English;
  • Knowledge of using Google Suite;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree and previous marketing work experience;
  • Preferred knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe, email HTML, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
