Monitoring and managing infrastructure and servers at retail l
2. ocations.Maintaining and providing support for employee applications, including reporting, installation and configuration, databases, user privileges, and recovery pr
3. ocedures.Administration and maintenance of AV software, Google Workspace components, and the core set of employee
4. software.Providing technical support for business processes and employees, including installation, configuration, and advanced-level maintenance of computer
5. systems.Maintenance of network devices at payment locations, as well as network infrastructure at headquarters at the level of port allocation and basic ma
6. nagement.Configuring backup systems, creating, and updating user
7. accounts.Preparing and replacing computers for the retail network, as well as configuring and installing tablet c
8. omputers.Analyzing system incidents and escalating them to highe
9. r levels.Maintaining the WiFi network at the syst
10. em level.First- and second-level monitoring of all system co

To meet the job requirements,**
- you need:
A minimum of a high school diploma in an IT-rel
2. ated field.At le
ast 5 years of work experience as a system administrator, service desk analyst, IT specialist, network/soc support,
3. or similarPreferred certifications: CCNA, MCSA, MTCNA, COMPTIA, MCSE, Linux, Mikrotik,
4. SQL, JNCIAAdvanced knowledge of operating systems (Windo
5. ws, Linux).Experience with network equipment (configuration, protocols, m
6. onitoring).Analytical thinking and the ability to understand technical documentation in order to solve problems and work with various software
