System Support Engineer

Opis posla:

Pružanje tehničke podrške korisnicima

putem telefona, e-maila i tiket Sistema

·
Identifikacija i rešavanje problema

vezanih za hardver, softver i mrežnu infrastrukturu

·
Instalacija i konfiguracija

operativnih sistema i aplikacija

·
Eskalacija složenih tehničkih problema

na viši nivo podrške

·
Evidencija i praćenje zahteva

u tiket sistemu

·
Praćenje statusa tiketa

radi obezbeđivanja pravovremene i efikasne podrške

·
Sprovođenje dijagnostičkih testova

i analiza uzroka problema

·
Održavanje ažurne dokumentacije

o rešenjima i procedurama

·
Obuka korisnika

o osnovnim funkcijama sistema i aplikacija

·
Aktivno učešće u timskom radu

i saradnja sa kolegama iz IT tima

·
Terenski rad

po potrebi

Potrebne kvalifikacije:

  • Minimum
    IV stepen stručne spreme

; poželjno viša škola ili tehnički fakultet, ili
ekvivalentno radno iskustvo
- Dobro poznavanje računarske opreme

, operativnih sistema i mrežnih tehnologija
- Sposobnost jasne i efikasne komunikacije

sa korisnicima
- Strpljenje, ljubaznost

i
proaktivan pristup

rešavanju problema
- Timski duh

i spremnost za
kontinuirano učenje
- Minimum
2 godine relevantnog iskustva

u IT podršci
- Poznavanje tiketing sistema

i alata za remote podršku
- Znanje MS Active Directory-a, DNS-a, Office 365-a

, kao i rad sa perifernim uređajima (štampači, skeneri, fiskalne kase)
- Prednost (nije obavezno):

poznavanje MS Azure-a, MS Exchange-a, Linux-a, rada sa print i data serverima, kao i
osnovno poznavanje medicinskih uređaja
- Poželjno posedovanje relevantnih IT sertifikata

(CompTIA, Microsoft i sl.)
- Napredno znanje engleskog jezika
- Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
