For our client, an international company with a strong presence in Serbia, we are looking for a
Junior HR Business Partner
(Maternity Cover) to join their HR team and support operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with managers and employees, ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes.
- Support organizational design, workforce and succession planning.
- Provide guidance in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and labor law compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects, organizational transformation, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- University degree in Social Sciences, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational skills and strong understanding of interpersonal relationships.
- Consulting skills with the ability to provide guidance and support in problem-solving.
- Strong negotiation, change management, and project management skills.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, energetic, and proactive, with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm.
