Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role within our global recruitment team, focusing on building good working relationships, candidate sourcing, screening and selection, and supporting the interview process. Note: this is a flexible hybrid role with the expectation to come into our beautiful, state of the art office located in Sofia, Bulgaria 2 days/week to ensure a collaborative, team environment.

What You'll Do

• Business Partnering: Building good relationships across the business to understand requirements and provide expertise where necessary.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, local job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Screening & Selection: Support the screening process by reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and shortlisting candidates for further evaluation.
• Interview Coordination: Manage and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring efficient communication and timely follow-ups.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback throughout the process.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on a daily basis and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the global recruitment team and other HR professionals to support recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience, and assist in implementing best practices.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years previous experience within recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and screening for technical positions. Global experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle a high-volume of multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
• Solution mindset: The ability to think around problems and minimise risk/challenges.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences. Must be fluent in English.
• Energy & Attitude: Collaborative, high energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for people and growing within the recruitment field.
• Learning & Adaptability: Willingness to learn, ask questions, problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
