ISP Data Analyst

ISP Data Analyst - Fixed term contract 12 to 18 months

Office location:
Belgrade with Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

As an ISP Data Analyst, your mission is to provide reporting and in-depth analysis to support management in making data-driven decisions and improving operational processes to meet key objectives. The role involves organizing, analysing, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making, ensuring data quality, and delivering regular reports and ad-hoc analysis.

What will you be doing?

• Reporting focus in the ISP domain and metrics such as Homes Passed, Performance, Penetration, Subscribers, Campaigns and Churn
• Maintain reporting and manage deadlines for reporting modifications
• Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive reports to inform stakeholders about business performance
• Create clear, impactful visual representations of data (charts, dashboards, graphs) using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to enable easy interpretation
• Tracking and driving changes in KPI's to help the Departments achieve targets
• Analyse large, complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making processes
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through regular quality checks, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, and collaborating with data quality teams when necessary
• Initiate BI developments that will support planning, reporting and strategy execution
• Drive quality in data collected and used for producing reports and analysis

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive and demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst within a customer subscription-based business/model
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar software)
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point…) with expert knowledge of Excel
• Bachelor's Degree and fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to think analytically and creatively
