As we continue to grow, we are looking for a:

BI and Data Analyst (m/f)

City: Belgrade

Responsibilities:

·       Analyze company indicators to provide actionable business insights and product improvement recommendations.

·       Develop and own business intelligence solutions, including BI/data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders as a data business partner, understanding and defining business requirements for data assets.

·       Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.

·       Ensure data integrity and quality across analytics tools and databases.

·       Create and manage documentation, including technical specifications and other related documents for BI processes, systems, and procedures.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, mathematics, statistics or related field.

·       Experience as a Data Analyst – must have.

·       Minimum of 3-4 years in data analytics.

·       Fluent in English.

·       Computer skills: Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, Power Point, Power Automate.

·       Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

·       Ability to analyze and understand the business context and logic behind your job responsibilities.

·       Excited about working in international teams and using well-written and spoken English daily.
